Some tricks & tactics for Smoky grilled Salmon:

  • wild-caught salmon is most preferable for best taste. A quality farm-raised salmon will have a more bad  flavor. Salmon grown  in the wild have to work harder than farm-raised, so they tend to be leaner and more fish-like in taste.
  • Choose a salmon fillet with the skin on. If you choose skinless , it's quite tough to grill a skinless fillet. Hassle-free way is using skin on fillet .
  • Grill the salmon on a 450°-500° F hot grill, the best temperature for grilling your fillet.
  • Put  the salmon first skin side down in the grill.
Storage tips:

  • Don`t  leave the  grilled fish at room temperature for more than two hours.
  • Store it in a shallow covered container or over up with foil paper to allow the grilled  fish to cool at room temperature more quickly.
  • Cooked fish or marinated fish  can be stored for up to 3 to 4  days in a fridge.
