Chocolate Pecan Fudge Balls
These chocolatey fudge balls are so good, no one will be able to stop at just one. No one-stop just taking one ball. Kids will love these Chocolate Pecan Fudge Balls. Serves 48 balls
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups pecans, coarsely chopped, divided
- 1 can sweeten condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chip
Instructions:
Step01-Roast pecans
- Toast pecans over medium heat for 5minutes or until pecans are darkened & fragmented.
- In a food processor pulse pecans for 2-3 minutes.
Step02-Make the mixture
- In a nonstick pan put butter. Then condensed milk, chocolate chips, sugar, syrup, cinnamon powder, salt & stir continuously. Make sure don’t burn or stick to the pan.
- If needed add some butter to prevent burning & stickiness.
- Cook until getting a bubbly & thick mixture.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl & stir 1 cup of pecan. Set aside for cooling.
Step03-Shape into balls & taste
- Take one scoop of the mixture & give it a round ball shape. Rollover chopped pecan. Coat properly with pecans.
- Place chocolate pecan fudge balls on cupcakes liner or serving dish.
- Serve it or store it in the fridge.
