Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked pasta or rice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 01 – Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cooked pasta or rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well coated and creamy.
Step 02 – Assemble the Casserole
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly on top. In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
Step 03 – Bake
