Ingredients:
Oat Topping
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup old-fashioned oats
½ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup chopped pecans
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup butter

Raspberry
For The Apple Filling
2 lbs. Granny Smith apples, room temperature (peeled, cored, and sliced thin)
¼ cup butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp vanilla
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Instructions:
Step01-To Make the Topping:
- In a large enough bowl combine mix all-purpose flour, old-fashioned oats, light brown sugar, chopped pecans, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, Blueberry, Raspberry. Finally, add butter & mix.
- Chill the topping mixture in the fridge.
Step02-To Make the Filling:
- In a bowl combine butter, all-purpose flour,milk, lemon juice, vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, pinch salt & mix until all are incorporated.
- Add sliced apples & mix so that apples are fully coated with filling.
Step03-Assembling:
- In the baking pan place one layer of apple filling. Topped with topping. Bake for 30-40 minutes at a 375 degree preheated oven.
- Cool the Apple Crips for at least 10 minutes before serving.
- Seve Apple Crisp with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or caramel sauce.
