Nutella Crepes
PREP TIME:5min
COOK TIME:10min
SERVES:3-4Pperson
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups whole milk
- 2 cups white all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- Nutella chocolate-hazelnut spread
- Fresh fruit such as sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, blueberries
Instructions:
- In a measuring cup crack eggs, mix smoothly with a whisker. Then add milk, melted butter, vanilla extract. Mix until all are combined.
- In a large mixing bowl put all dry ingredients, flour, sugar, salt. Mix them well. Gradually pour the liquid mixture in it & stir continually. Mix until the batter is smooth & thick.
- Heat a medium-size non-stick pan on med to high heat. Add a little bit of oil or batter.
- Now gently stir the batter to ensure that there are no lumps. Take about ½ cup batter & spread it out into a round shape in the hot pan.
- Allow to cook until bubbles come out on the surface and the edges are set, then flip and cook until golden. Continue cooking with the remaining batter.
- Microwave Nutella for 15 seconds, to easily spread it into crepes
- Spread Nutella along the bottom half of the crepes. Top according to your choice, I am using Banana & Strawberries. Fold crepes in half, and then half again to form triangles.
- Dust with powdered sugar or Nutella.

Tips & Tricks For Soft Nutella Crepes:
- Don’t over mix: Be careful not to over mix your crepes batter so that you don’t get tough, dense crepes. Lumps are ok.
- Use a flat cooking surface: For nice texture crepes, cook on a flat surface. A griddle is preferable.
- Make smaller: Don’t make your crepes extra-large, or they’ll be difficult to flip.
- When to flip: Your crepes are ready to be flipped when you see bubbles coming through the surface and the edges are set.
Storage Tips:
- Leftovers are easily storable in a container for 3-5 hours.
- I don't recommend freezing it.
